Viewing a work package
As a vendor on Collegium, you have access to all the information you need to place a competitive bid on a work package.
Submitting a Bid
After reviewing a work package and calculating your costs, you are ready to submit a bid. Let's review the process.
Withdrawing a Bid
After submitting a bid, conditions may change and you may no longer want to compete for the work package. If the work package has not closed, you can easily withdraw your bid.
Submitting an Invoice
You have completed some or all of the work for your awarded work package, and it's time to submit an invoice.
